3.3 Lost or Damaged Packages
Laxmi Ayurvedic takes utmost care in packaging our products safely. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy below to file a claim within 48 hours.
Part 4: Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Order Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please contact us immediately to request a cancellation.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the standard return process once you receive the package.
4.2 Eligibility for Returns
Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of Ayurvedic medicines and wellness products, we only accept returns under the following strict conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or items bought during clearance sales are not eligible.
4.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a broken bottle, a compromised seal, or an incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide an unboxing video or clear photographs of the damaged product and the shipping box.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
4.4 Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
